My name is Erin Rocheleau MA LPCC
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of North Dakota. I received a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology along with a Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation in Human Services both at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks .
I have experience and training working with children, teens, adults, and families. I am a strength-based counselor who embraces, play, music, movement, media, and art in therapy along side evidenced based practices such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Structural Family Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
I have clinical experience working in residential, in home, in office , non profit agencies and private practice counseling settings.
Prior to becoming a counselor, I worked in group homes and community agencies for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and severe mental illnesses. I took specialized classes in both undergraduate and graduate school on topics related to working with individuals with disabilities. As a counselor, I have experience and specialized training in working with individuals with a variety of disabilities.
